In the wake of seven people dying at the hands of a deranged shooter at the Sikh Gurdwara ( Temple ) in Oak Creek Wisconsin and last week's theater shooting in Aurora Colorado where James Eagan Holmes shot dead 12 unarmed people and wounded some 48 others, we should be prepared as Sikhs to defend ourselves and help defend others that may not be able to defend themselves. Be sure to watch this video on You tube which shows you can defend yourself.
